Luminato is pleased to offer a Black Out Night presentation of Loss on June 16, 2023 at 8 PM. The intention of this Black Out Night is to create a welcoming space for Black audiences to experience this Black story and engage in culturally-specific conversations about this work. This special event will be hosted by Just Us Events, an organization dedicated to creating exclusively Black events, spaces and experiences for Black identifying folk. On-Site Accessibility

For the ASL interpreted performance on Thursday, June 15 at 8 PM, there will be an access table in the lobby with an ASL interpreter and Access Volunteers able to assist patrons at any time.

For the Relaxed Performance on Saturday, June 17 at 2 PM, there will be an access table at the venue with a trained Relaxed Performance consultant and access volunteers who can assist patrons at any time. Earplugs and fidget toys will also be available at the access table.

Performance advisories and common questions

How long is the show?

The show is approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.

Are there any performance advisories (loud noises, strobing lights, violence and/or triggering content)?

Mentions of depression and suicide. For detailed content warnings, visit our Content Information page. There are strobing lights on the sides of the theatre (these will be eliminated for the Relaxed Performance on June 17 at 2 PM), and some quick moving projections on the screens.
