How to Experience

• Each day, the square will be different and there will be an endless amount of things to do. Please see the website for a detailed schedule and feel free to engage with the event however you would like.
• The music will be quite loud from the main stage. Feel free to grab a pair of ear plugs from our Accessibility tent, or take a break in our rest area located on the south east corner of the square behind the fountain.
• It’s June - the days may be long and hot so feel free to find some shade, have a seat in the grass, and take a rest. If you begin to feel faint, please feel free to visit the Rest Area to have a seat in the shade or the Accessibility Tent to grab a free water, juice box, and small snack.

On-Site Accessibility

Daily

• Staff and volunteers will be available throughout the site to assist with wayfinding and answer any questions you may have

• Sighted guides will be available upon request for your visit to give you a described tour of the Square and all of the art that it contains. To request a guide contact [email protected].

• There will be an Accessibility Tent near the entrance of the square just off of King Street stocked with:

  • Large print materials
  • Magnifying sheets
  • Earplugs
  • Fidget and sensory toys
  • Printed Access & Venue Guides
  • Whiteboards and markers
  • Name tags
  • Juice boxes, granola bars, and water
  • Extra chairs
  • Weighted lap pads

• There will be a Relaxed Tent at the south east corner of the square behind the fountain with comfy places to sit and take a break throughout the day. This space will be stocked with fidget and sensory toys, as well as earplugs.

  

  

• There will be an AODA viewing platform in front of the main stage. This platform is for anyone that needs a raised clear view of the stage, or a place to sit and rest.
